Moderation

Commands, cases, notes and temporary actions.

2 min read

Moderation is free with every command included. Every action creates a numbered case with the reason, so your team always has a history.

Cases

Each action gets a case number that is unique per server. A case stores the member, the moderator, the type, the reason, the duration and any evidence. Use the dashboard to search cases by member or moderator.

Temporary actions

Timeouts and temporary bans expire on their own. Expiry is checked by the bot, so a restart does not lose them.

Choose who can moderate

In the dashboard set your moderator roles and admin roles. Commands are limited to those roles and the bot never lets a moderator act on someone with a higher role.

Notes

Use /note for context that is not a punishment, for example "asked about appeal, wait for staff". Notes are private to staff.

Retention

Free keeps case history for 30 days. Pro keeps it with no limit.
