DM shield

DM shield helps keep invite links and unwanted DMs under control.

What it does

• Blocks server invite links posted in your channels
• Lets you allow trusted roles, such as partners or staff
• Logs every blocked invite for review
• Shows DM opt out notices so members know how to protect themselves

Set it up

1. Open DM shield in the dashboard.
2. Turn on invite blocking.
3. Add allowed roles and allowed channels.
4. Choose the action: delete, warn or timeout.
5. Save changes.

The current rules are shown in the dashboard.

Limits

Discobi cannot read private messages between members. DM shield covers what happens inside your server and the notices we can show there.
