Billing and payments

Pro is billed per server. You can pay by card or with crypto.

Card subscriptions

Card payments are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record, so it collects and handles applicable sales tax and issues invoices.

• Billed monthly and renews until you cancel
• Manage your payment method, invoices and cancellation in the Polar customer portal
• Cancel any time. Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for

Crypto

Crypto is processed through NOWPayments and buys prepaid months: 1, 3, 6 or 12.

• It does not renew automatically
• Time you buy is added after any paid time you already have
• Pro only unlocks once the payment is fully confirmed
• You pay network fees, and paying on the wrong network can mean the payment cannot be recovered

Reminders and grace

We remind you 7, 3 and 1 days before crypto time ends, in the dashboard and by message to the server owner. After it ends there is a 3 day grace period before the server returns to Free.

Underpaid invoices

If you send less than the invoice amount, access is not granted automatically. Our support team reviews it with you.

One payment method at a time

A server has one active paid source. You cannot start a crypto purchase while a card subscription is active, or the reverse. This keeps your billing clear.
