Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Discobi, which runs Discobi. By adding the bot to a server, logging in to the dashboard or using this website you agree to them, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Discobi.

The service

Discobi is a Discord bot with a web dashboard. It provides moderation, tickets, leveling, invites, analytics, messages and other tools for the servers where it is added. Features and limits are described on the pricing page and in the documentation.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans

Free is available at no charge and has no time limit. There is no free trial: Free is how you try Discobi.
Pro costs $4.99 per server per month. It raises limits and adds advanced tools. Each server has its own plan.

Card payments

Card subscriptions are processed by Polar, who act as merchant of record and handle sales tax and invoices. They renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for. We give at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect.

Crypto payments

Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and buy prepaid periods of 1, 3, 6, 12 months. They do not renew automatically. We send reminders 7, 3, 1 days before the end and give a 3 day grace period.

You are responsible for network fees and for sending on the network and currency shown on the payment page. A payment on the wrong network may not be recoverable. Underpaid or overpaid invoices are handled by support.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

One paid source per server

A server has one active paid source at a time, either a card subscription or prepaid crypto time. Prepaid time added while a subscription is active starts when the current period ends.

Who can use Discobi

You must meet Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where your local law requires) and be allowed to accept these terms. If you add the bot to a server, you confirm that you own the server or are authorized to manage it.

Server admin responsibilities

Owners and managers decide how Discobi is configured in their server and are responsible for what the people they authorize do with it. In particular you are responsible for:

telling your members what the bot does, including moderation, logging and any message scanning you turn on
the roles and permissions you give the bot, and the rules you set for automatic actions such as timeouts, kicks and bans
complying with Discord's terms, its Community Guidelines and the laws that apply to your community

Third-party platforms

Discobi works with services we do not control: Discord, Polar, NOWPayments and, if you turn on AI moderation, Anthropic. Their terms apply to your use of them, and an outage or change on their side can affect Discobi. Discobi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. You must not abuse the service, try to bypass plan limits, probe or overload it, or use it to harm others.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime, and the Free plan has no service level. We may add, change or remove features. We give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce paid functionality.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your content and your server's data. You give us a limited license to process it only to provide Discobi to you. Discobi itself, including its software, design and brand, belongs to Discobi and is licensed to you for use as described here.

Disclaimer

Discobi is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free or that automatic moderation will catch every case. Automatic tools make mistakes, so review their results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, community or revenue, or for actions of third parties. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You will indemnify us against claims caused by your breach of these terms or of someone else's rights, to the extent the law allows.

Ending your use

You can stop using Discobi at any time by removing the bot from your server. You can delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or block servers or accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new date here and, for material changes, tell you in the dashboard or by email. Using Discobi after a change means you accept it.
