There is no free trial. The Free plan has no time limit, so you can use Discobi in your server before you decide to pay.

Who handles your payment

Card payments are processed by Polar, who act as merchant of record. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. Refunds go back through the same route as the payment.

7-day money-back guarantee

Ask for a refund within 7 days of your first Pro charge and we refund it. The server returns to the Free plan when a refund is issued.

Crypto payments

Crypto refunds are manual. They are sent to a wallet address you give us, and network fees may be deducted. Underpaid or overpaid invoices are handled by support.

Other refunds

Renewals

If a card subscription renews and you meant to cancel, ask within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we refund it.

Billing mistakes

If we charge you the wrong amount, charge twice or charge for a server you did not subscribe, we correct it or refund the difference.

Extended outages

If Pro features are unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, we credit or refund the affected time.

After the window

After the guarantee window we do not refund partial months, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the period ends.

Cancelling

Card subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard billing page. Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for and then the server returns to Free. Prepaid crypto time simply ends at its date and does not renew.

How to request a refund

Use the support form with your server id and the email or payment id used to pay, and tell us the date of the charge. Our target response time is two business days. Card refunds usually reach your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds include the sales tax Polar collected on the payment.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We usually fix things faster, and abuse of the refund process or repeated chargebacks may lead us to refuse refunds or block a server.

Changes to this policy

We post updates here with a new date. A change does not affect a payment made before it.
