Account and billing
Your data
What we store, how long, and how to remove it.
1 min read
We store only what features need. The Privacy Policy has the full details. This page is the practical summary.
What we store
- Your Discord account id, username, avatar and email if you granted it
- Your servers' ids and names, plus channel and role names so the dashboard can show pickers
- Module configuration and the data features create, such as cases, levels and tickets
- Billing identifiers from our payment partners, never card numbers or wallet keys
What we do not store
Message content is only processed when a feature needs it, and is not stored unless the feature requires it, for example ticket transcripts you chose to keep.
How long
Retention follows your plan.
| Data | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Moderation cases | 30 days | Unlimited |
| Audit and logs | 7 days | 90 days |
| Analytics | 30 days | 365 days |
| Ticket transcripts | 30 days | Unlimited |
Remove your data
- My data: use the Delete my data form on the support page.
- A server's data: server owners and managers can remove server data from the dashboard, or request it on the support page.
We confirm by email before deleting anything.
Public leaderboard
Public leaderboard pages show only a member's Discord id, display name, avatar, level, XP and message count, and only when the server turned them on. Members can opt out any time.
